- Why and how to cooperate with captive animals
- The importance of choice and agency, and how to give animals meaningful options and control.
- Practical tools and methods such as clicker training and other positive reinforcement strategies (applications in restraint, sampling, administration procedures…).
- Applied examples: video demonstrations and interactive exercises with participants to connect theory and practice.
